Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. it can be a part of local infection cellulitis or simple inflammation so it is very important to meet the doctor for proper diagnosis and kindly maintain hygiene of this area

It’s Either your child got hurt in that part or your child is having an infection those are the only two things because of that that swelling is there or it could be some allergy so without further waiting you will have to consult your paediatrician because without assessment it would be very difficult to suggest to the right reason behind it
