Hi mom Take lactogen tablet to increase your milk supply Take healthy protein rich nutritious food Maintain hydration Maintain hygiene Try to keep head up position while feeding Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements Stay hydrated Give adequate feeding Maintain hygiene Maintain hydration Offer different varieties of food after six months More sucking leads to more milk supply
