#asktheexpert my bby skin turns very in winter, I massage her before bath, n before sleep. but still I feel her rough n dry. what to do?

A. hi. u should ise pure petroleum jelly on urbl babys skin.. use mild bavy soap, for bathing purpose, follow a good skin care hygien. all tge best
