ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist3 years agoA. iron supplements can cause the change in color. the reason is cavities. please visit a dentist fir a routine dental examination and your doctor will let you know the reason after checking

I Just hope you are maintaining proper oral hygiene for the child by brushing twice a day morning and right before your child goes to sleep and if you are maintaining instill the teeth are turning grey then you should get a check with your a paediatric dentist
