Shikha kumarMom of 2 children3 years agoA. there may be two reasons mam your child sleeps while putting your nipple in the mouth and you do not observe it or you are not able to provide him in enough milk so you have to keep a check on what exactly the problem is you can also start giving formula milk which will help your child to keep himself full
