In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the exabtct cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you acccordingly for this .

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and it may be baby is having oral thrush and if it is there then clear it and also you should evaluate once with doctor in person as it is quite difficult to say anything about it without personally examination.
