#AskTheExpert My baby starts crying as soon as I put him in bed. And face turns red. Continuously crying even after feeding. Is it colic? How to help him, he is just 20days old having nasal congestion too using nasal drops

A. Hi mom Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation Try to keep head up position while feeding Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements Take more water fruits vegetables protein rich nutritious food to increase your milk supply Maintain hydration Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
