ReshmaMom of a 2 yr 11 m old boy9 months agoA. Because of dryness the baby is having redness and rashes. To prevent this daily give oil massaging to the baby and use a good hydrating lotion. I am using Johnson's Baby Lotion for my little one. It is non sticky and keeps his skin soft and smooth throughout the day.

Consult your child’s doctor for a personal diagnosis and seek medical guidance in this matter. Maintain a good personal hygiene routine and follow your doctors advice. Good luck and take care.
