Hello mam Baby’s weight depend on birth weight as your baby is only 4 month old A new born double the birth weight by 6 months and triples by 1 year !! Also if your baby is active and achieving all the milestones and also passing urging 6/7 times a day then no need to worry about the weight

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children3 years agoA. at four months 6kgs good weight.. babies should be double the birth weight at 4-6months.. it is exclusively breast feeding recommended for six months.. mother milk helps weight gain..
