#asktheexpert my baby's area around the mouth turns blue post breastfeeding. how can resolve this latching issue?

A. maybe due to superficial blood vessels or its cyanosis in your case a medical examination is required for proper diagnosis and treatment. difficult to tell without examination whether it is normal or not. advisable to remain in contact with your doctor for proper guidance and treatment

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Please massage your breast gently before feeding the baby. Also make sure that the baby is in a correct position to latch to the breast properly. You can also make use of nipple shield while feeding the baby. Please massage baby stomach with BabyHug coconut oil clockwise and anti-clockwise. You can also apply hing water on baby stomach. Also do some cycling leg exercises of the baby to relieve from constipation and gas. Please make the baby burp after every feed. Mother should chew saunf and ajwain after every meal. Thanks Hello
