You should go ahead with giving paracetamol to the child that’s going to be the right medicine to be given currently because this is the correct medicine for the kids at this age apart from that if the child is crying then that’s mostly due to body temperature I don’t know what it is but since you are saying it is fever then you should take a guidance from your doctor as well on thatWrite Your Answer Here
