ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. some of the babies will be lean but they will be eating very nicely and they will have very good immunity and it is most likely it is due to the genetics or until the get puberty that they will be lean like this

if a child weighs between 8 to 12 kg,you should not worry about your child physical appearance
because for a child ,it is more important to remain happy and active then any other things.
so if a child looks playful,gains enough weight you should not worry about anything
