#asktheexpert My baby is running into 5th month! How long should I Brest feed her more and what should be her diet 6th month onwards

A. Hello mom atleast for one year it would be good if you could breast feed the baby. Weaning foods can be introduced from the age of 5 months now and initially you may start with liquid consistency foods and then gradually move to semi solids from 6 month of age
