meeta agarwalMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Good evening, It is recommended to start solids when your baby is around 5 – 7 months of their actual age. It is too early to start solids if your baby is less than 4 months of their actual age, or before 3 months of their corrected age. Starting solids too soon could lead to an increased risk of food allergy.
