#AskTheExpert my baby is only on bm he doesn't drink formula milk ,i feel my bm is not enough so what can i give him more?

A. No other options only breastfeeding or formula. Try woth different formula brands different bottled like babyhug bottles. if your breastfeeding you should avoid having chocolate, spices,caffeine, citrus fruits and their juices, Avoid gassy foods too like cabbage cauliflower as it will trigger baby. Ensure not to add not much oil and spice. Avoid green tea and other heat foods. Avoud cold foods
