A. Hi, since your baby is one year you have to give more solid food and you can give other liquids like fresh fruit juice, buttermilk, milkshakes, vegetable soup is. It is not compulsory that you have to give milk.Since your baby has completed one year you can start giving all type of food which you prepared at home. 8 AM-ragi porridge 11 AM-any fruit with dry fruit powder and honey 1 PM-rice and Sambar with vegetable fry and little curd rice 4 PM- juice, soup, milkshakes, Badam milk 7 PM-Idli, upma. initially give food in smaller quantity depending on the babies intake gradually increase it week by week or month by month. Include buttermilk in every day drink which helps in improving good intestinal bacteria which interns helps in improving appetite.
