#AskTheExpert My baby is one month and 16 days old. I gave birth him by CS. And I am exclusively breast feeding him. Can I eat Basa fish?

A. You can have nonveg it’s not a problem basic fishes can be consumed sense of a vegetarian I do not have much knowledge about varieties of fishes but to check and do have a clarity on the situation please talk to your doctor ones if you need to
