#asktheexpert my baby is now going to be 9 month old. after delivery I got my periods only once when my baby was 4 month old after that till now I didn't get my periods. is it normal

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 4 years agoA. mostly no treatment is to be indicated till one year if your periods are not regular but yes you should follow a Healthy lifestyle with regular daily walking and wild exercise along with good nutrition and adequate water intake if possible do meditation which is very beneficial
