#asktheexpert my baby is now 6month and after staring food she is not sleeping good in day time as use to sleep before

I don’t think so it has got any connection with the food that you are giving to the child with growing age either sleep of the child reduces down a little bit during the daytime or in the nighttime so but if your child sleeps less in the day but sleeps better in the night then that’s okay
