Q.
#asktheexpert my baby is not taking meal properly even a single bite she can not easily take. Everytime I feed her meal forcefully & she is not sleeping properly at night also even when her tummy is full. so please suggest what can I do?

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Try giving your baby variety of food with different taste, colour and texture. Sit down with your plate when you are feeding your kid, it will encourage her to see that you are also eating the same food. Try to make the baby eat while playing. Limit the intake of milk
