ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. you can and powdered not A Pinch of Cardamom powder to enhance the taste and the nutritious value and initiate giving with a small amount like hundred ml once in the day gradually once baby starts accepting you can increase it up to 400 ml in one day and focus on a whole some nutritious diet also
