#asktheexpert my baby is not taking breastmilk 6 times per day and also I'm trying to feed in bottle since I need resume my work after 2 months but it's very difficult task to feed. how can I practice my baby with bottle?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, breastfeed your baby as per demand. Avoid bottle feeding as it can be a source of infection and can also hamper baby’s teeth development. Bottle feeding is also a difficult habit to get rid of.
Even after you join work, you can continue to exclusively breastfeed. Breastfeed baby before and after coming back from work. While at work, baby should be fed with expressed breast milk using katori and spoon. Breast milk stays good at room temperature for 6 hours and in the chiller section of refrigerator for 24 hours.
