A. Dear parent, you should feed your baby on demand that is whenever baby wants and how much baby wants. Foods like methi, green leafy vegetables, tree gum or gond, dill leaves or shepu, garden cress seeds, saunth, garlic intake can help increase the milk supply. Have lots of fluids and water.
