A. Dear mum, what’s your child’s weight? If your child is active, playful, achieving all growth milestones, passing urine more than 6 to 8 times in a day then it indicates good health. For healthy weight gain, give all seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. You can give eggs and non veg food. Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food. Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible. Use full cream milk to prepare recipes like porridge, kheer and give as milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Continue to breastfeed baby. Give top food 3 to 4 times a day and up to three fourth katori every time.
