#AskTheExpert my baby is not gaining as per age

A. hello dear the baby should double the birth weight at the age of 6 months and triple the birth weight at the age of 1 year if fed well. still if the weight is slightly on the lower side there is no issues because the baby should be healthy from within and free from diseases what matters is that the baby is active playful and achieve all the milestones on time . do not overfeed the baby just increase weight give only homemade food and three main meals and at least one mid meal are enough for the baby.
