SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 3 m old girl8 months agoA. Improve the quality of.your breast milk, may contains more water percentage. How to improve quality of milk, as a feeding mother must take high calorific value of foods and high fibre fruits which will be helpful to get more healthy breast milk.
