A. massage with coconut oil twice or thrice a day. offer more liquids and fruits. start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day.. ..

A. try to apply coconut oil mixed with glycerine on the affected area alternatively you can also apply aloe vera pulp it will help to provide relief
