apply thin layer of coconut oil or baby soothing Calamine lotion there
keep that area clean
always clean this part before and after each meals
as child get it due to teething, give silicone teether to chew which soothe sore and itchy gums
use Babyhug bib to prevent skin Rashes around neck and chest part.
