#asktheexpert my baby is having diherria from last three days dr is saying not to feed him breast milk what to do plz help

A. Hi parent keep her Hydrated by giving her breast milk , fluids and water. don't use Demineralized water for drinking use simply purified water having tds higher than 350 enterogermina probiotics drops two drops twice a day can be given giv her breast milk and probiotics , don't give any other milk
