#asktheexpert my baby is having constipation and sometime he is crying after passing the poop. any recommended Food

A. Mout is a very good laxative and it works like a stool softener also for the child so when you give it it is going to be more comfortable for the child to pass motion in course of life you should try and include more of fibres and fluids in the diet of your child
