My 6-month-old baby has never had diaper rashes since birth. I massage him daily with hand-extracted coconut milk, leave it on for 15 minutes, and then bathe him. the rashes could be due to excessive dryness of the skin or the clothes too . use only luke warm water to bath the baby, pat dry baby with muslin towel and then apply Johnson's Baby Lotion on the damp skin, it provides moisturization throughout the day and it also is super mild and dermatologists tested with mild ingredients

I am very certain your child is allergic to either of the three products that you are using right now either the lotion or soap or whatever brands you are using first consult your doctor they’ll tell you exactly the skin type the child has been according to that they can advise you with the correct brand that you should use for your child
