My baby is getting fever while he is sleeping but as soon as he wakes up there is no temperature at all...he feels normal and likes to play...but refuses to sleep and starts crying if we try to put him to sleep....n whenever he wakes up in between sleep he starts crying and wakes up...

he is undergoing teething as well..

the first medicine will always be paracetamol and it is given according to weight and power of paracetamol medicine you are having.
give liquids and easily digestible food and paracetamol should be given only after food.
keep the child in zcool environment and avoid using woolen clothes when the child is having fever
armpit temperature of hundred or more is considered as fever
to body sponge to decrease the surface temperature and should be carried out for at least 20 minutes with normal temperature water.
higher medicines (ibugesic / meftal-p) whether required or not will be told by the doctor.
