#asktheexpert My baby is consistently on 12th to 14th percentile in her weight since last 4 months and following her curve. She has a tongue tie. I don’t have any pain while breastfeeding. Is it necessary to get the tongue tie revised?

A. If left alone, the tongue-tie will often resolve itself on its own as the baby's mouth grows.
