#AskTheExpert My baby is born at 33.5 weeks. she is 2 months now. how can we track progress and compare to full term babies?

A. hi first , avoid comparison because there is difference between preterm baby and normal Babies. mam ,as a child is premee baby , you have to be extra careful. because premee babies don't have well developed immune or digestive system. they may take some more time to achieve age appropriate milestones and that is ok. please take necessary follow ups from your pediatrician. give Vaccines as per schedule. make sure your child should gain enough weight. (atleast around 3 kg) feed your child on demand. burp your baby well after each feeding. maintain good hygiene using Babyhug multipurpose cleaner.
