#asktheexpert My baby is 9month 23 days old till how many months baby needs breast milk and can we introduce bottel milk? and which Milk is good for baby ? Is cow milk is good for babies??? And suggest healthy and nutrition diet for him

A. hello actually as a breastfeeding mother you can continue the breastfeeding also as well as you can introduce a normal pressurized cow milk itself but the thing is you have to boil well and strain it and maintain hygiene and give it to the baby and about the food habit whatever you are preparing at home like Idli dosa upma khichdi Ragi porridge you can continue giving all season fruits and vegetables also
