#AskTheExpert my baby is 9 plus months old now. He was sleeping through the night easily but now a days he wakes up every 3 hrs for feed. Please explain this change and reason. And whats the best practice .

babies do that
their sleeping and feeding lattern may change
it can change again
so feed as per babies demands
stay safe and healthy
