#asktheexpert My baby is 8months old . I give her three meals per day Should I also give her some snack in the evening ? And I breastfeed her between three times ? Is it sufficient ?

A. hi dear mom..solids can be given on demand....three meals are fine..but if baby demands more you can give few morsels..use heat sensitive spoon from Babyhug to feed baby..continue breast feeding till minimum two years as per world health organization

Q. my baby is turning 8 month..when I started solid food, I gave him 1 meal per day.
