For back pain and severe headache u can take paracetamol. If u are breastfeeding mother then continue to take calcium supplements till u breast feed ur baby.
Back ache can also be due to excess weight.
Reduce some weight by exercising.
Do yoga. Surya namaskar aasan will help u to reduce your weight.
