#AskTheExpert my baby is 7 months old, he wakes up every 2 hours at night. i have started with ragi sari at 6 months. May i know what could be the reason for frequent waking.

Main reason for frequent waking is feeling hungry. So now your baby is seven months old and baby should take heavy meal before baby go to sleep. Next meal should be given only in the morning. But if baby is asking for feeding in night then you can feed just once for next few days and with the time you should stop doing it.
