#asktheexpert my baby is 7 month old and 7.200 kg weight , my parents and in-laws say to give him cow milk everyday for weight gain , what to do please help 🙏🙏🙏

A. First of all it’s a misconception that milk is going to gain the weight of the child so you can clear that with your parents and in-laws secondly animal milk is not advisable before the age of one year for a child so you cannot give it it can create a major health issue to your child
