Q.

#AskTheExpert My baby is 6weeks old. He spits within seconds after feeding at times(at the time of finishing the feed after approx.20mins). He cries for nipple due to soothing. Should I continue feeding him even after spiting milk as he wants to suck nipple for sleeping. As he got into a practice of sleeping once when he drinks milk.

A. hello spitting or vomitting is normal in babies and make sure to burp baby after every feed and check on your diet also as it can effect your baby tummy and any concern then it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same

Q. My son is 2weeks old, He spits milk at times immediately after feeding(at the end of 20mins feed) and cries if I don't feed him followed by it. He got into a practice of sleeping only when breastfeed. In such case should I continue feeding him as he finds it soothing or should not feed as he spits.

Q. My baby at times takes feed less than 2 hrs interval (i.e within 1.5 hrs) and almost spits up fully. Is this normal ?? We are unable to pacify the baby without giving feed and also at times we are not able to burp the baby. Do suggest a solution.
