#AskTheExpert My baby is 6 months old. He is mainly formula fed. When can I start giving water and how to give?

A. Hi mom Once ur baby completes six months then u can start with cerelac,daal ka pani,ripe banana apple puree,ragi porridge,pumpkin puree etc as the first food. And u can also start to give water to ur baby. u can give with spoon. Give water after every meal or when demanded by the baby
