#AskTheExpert my baby is 6 months old can I collect my breast milk give next day afternoon to my baby storing refrigerator in steel containers. please advice

Hello ma’am In refrigerator you can only store your breast feed for eight hours so it would be better if you want to store it for a longer time the new store it in a deep freezer or something. Because there are durations of milk to be stored on a certain temperature as the room temperature it is one hour in refrigerator it is eight hours and in freezer it could be probably 2 to 3 months as well so you can check online on Google for further informati
