At that time you can also start giving boiled , cooled down water but it is always preferable to avoid using salt sugar and honey till 1 year.
Continue breastfeeding the baby but you should make sure that you are either giving breastfeed or formula Milk but not animal milk before 1 year.
You can give rice porridge Ragi porridge mashed soft fruits like Banana Chiku Apple Puree and other seasonal fruits like mangoes, watermelons etc.
