#asktheexpert My baby is 6.5 months old, exclusively breastfed .. my stash and supply are going down. I would like to not give formula, is there any alternative that I can give my baby to. top up for the dip in my supply

A. is it okay to give cow's milk before one year ?

A. You can actually take Shatavari powder that is definitely going to help in boosting up your breastfeeding and if you’re looking for an alternative alternative then tone paste packet milk you can go for I believe Amul is the best so try going ahead with Amul Taaza
