NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello just make sure that there is sufficient breast milk and baby is taking well and if the breast milk is not sufficient then you should be giving your child infant formula milk whch is safe and you can gve semi solid food and liquid based food after baby compltes 6 months
