#AskTheExpert my baby is 5 months old . when solids are started... how to give water and in what quantity? which type of food can give?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. no solids to a 5 month old baby. Its better to wait till 6 months by that time baby's bowel will be mature enough to accept semi solid foods WHO and UNICEF recommend that babies be fed nothing but breast milk for ttheir first 6 months,
