Hello ma’am It could be basically due to eat so I would advise you to start applying Cetaphil lotion twice a day for seven days and monitored it well mostly they should subside within a weeks time but if they do not subside within 2 to 3 days and you feel the increasing then you can consult your paediatrician ones
