ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, weight of 5.2 kg is absolutely normal for 4 months old baby, do not worry. For healthy weight gain, you should exclusively breastfeed your baby till 6 months complete. At one episode of breast feeding feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain.

The weight gets double the birth weight by five months. So no need to worry.
Exclusive breastfeed ur baby till six months as it is the complete food for the baby.
