#asktheexpert my baby is 4 months now and is passing stools once in 3-5 days... is that normal

A. It is very normal that infants and newborns may not pass stoodl for more than 10 days also and sometimes the frequency can be around 6 to 7 times per day also. Both the above frequency of stool passage is normal if the consistency dof the stool is semi solid to solid.
